We recruit experienced professionals to both consulting and other roles throughout the year as opportunities come available. For students in their second and third year of undergraduate studies, we offer both winter and summer internship programmes, while students in their final year can apply to our Business Analyst graduate programme each February. MBA students can apply during our autumn and spring intakes.

Local interview process

We welcome both experienced professionals and students to join our team through a structured interview process. Candidates applying to consulting roles should expect to participate in at least two rounds of both case and behavioural interviews designed to assess analytical thinking, leadership potential and problem-solving abilities. Internship applicants should also expect to engage in group assessments to demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skills.
