Lee Brailey Co-host of Innovate, Validate, Repeat, co-founder and chief market listener, FFWD Lee is co-founder of FFWD—Kearney’s business builder—with 20+ years’ experience in corporate and start-up brand building, ecosystem and partnership development, and go-to-market strategy and execution. A passion for the simplicity of communication to forge long-term, lasting relationships—both professional and personal—drives his brand ethos and shapes the way he works with global clients to connect and engage key stakeholder audiences to drive growth.

David Meszaros Co-host of Innovate, Validate, Repeat and growth strategist, FFWD David draws on eight years of experience in entrepreneurship and leadership in the entertainment and media industry. He earned his MBA from Cass Business School in London before joining Kearney’s innovation and business building arm FFWD, where he helps businesses incubate and scale new offerings. A strong believer in the power of curiosity, David combines his real-world expertise with insight from industry specialists to uncover new approaches for launching, iterating, and future-proofing businesses in volatile times.
