What excites me most about my job is: The opportunity to work in a highly supportive and dynamic environment that enables consultants to be extremely successful. The challenge that keeps you on your toes is that every day is new day at Kearney—new challenges, new situations, and new opportunities. With the support of in-house expertise, you strive to conquer all. In my time at Kearney I have worked in operations, logistics, transportation, procurement, customer service, finance, human resources, and marketing, while covering many different industries. Kearney also provides the platform for you to take charge of your personal career goals and functional interests—this excites me the most.

My most interesting project was: My time with a private equity firm. Kearney was brought in by the firm to work with about a dozen different portfolio companies (in different fields) in identifying areas of synergy across their operations that could enhance operational efficiencies and maximize value for the portfolio company. The best practices of some of the portfolio companies were identified and extended to other sister companies. An environment of mutual trust and benefits was created, and improvement areas (logistics, procurement) were identified. Our work for the PE firm created value that each of the portfolio companies operating independently would not have been able to generate.

When not at work: I enjoy my time off with family and friends, catching up on cricket and tennis.
