Kearney helped a leading automotive supplier to reduce cost in its distribution network and make it fully ESG and cost transparent. New greenfield location options, replenishment and fulfillment frequencies, and transport mode flexibility were implemented. Through improved load utilization and reduced distances, CO₂ emissions were reduced by 15 percent while achieving cost savings of 14 percent and full ESG transparency.
