Adam Dixon is a partner at Kearney and chairman of the firm’s Australia and New Zealand business. With more than two decades at the firm, Adam has built a reputation as one of Australia’s most trusted advisors to C-suite leaders navigating transformation, strategy, and growth. 

As managing partner for ANZ from 2020 to 2026, Adam led the business through six consecutive years of profitable growth, nearly doubling locally generated revenue while championing a strong people and culture agenda. In late 2025, he was elected to Kearney's Global Board of Directors to help shape the firm’s global direction while remaining a senior leader in the region.
