Antoine Nasr’s passion is seeing growth in the region he grew up in and helping nurture that growth. “Doing something where you are able to make a real difference every day is the ultimate reward. Antoine joined Kearney in 2011 and previously worked at Booz & Company and Oracle. In his 16-year consulting career, he has helped governments and private-sector organizations define national visions, develop their strategies, and transform their performance and results.

Building relationships is one of the most fulfilling parts of the job. As Antoine says, “Some of my clients have been with me since I was an associate, and they are very dear to my heart.” Integrity is key. “It’s our responsibility to give honest opinions and the advice we believe in, but we don’t assume we have all the answers—we are always open to new ideas.”

That openness extends to bringing junior consultants along, helping them grow and develop into the firm’s next-generation owners. This adds to the huge variety of experience that can be gained at Kearney. “There is no routine in this job—every single day is unique and I wouldn’t have it any other way. It means you are always being challenged—and always learning.”

Helping develop a country’s national tourism vision and strategic position, based on local culture and unique assets in a very competitive regional landscape. The aim is to attract millions more visitors, increase foreign direct investment, and enhance the economy to improve the lives of citizens.

Building a flagship tourism destination

Driving the vision for a new tourism concept to attract visitors and investment to new natural and cultural destinations by developing a completely sustainable ecosystem that will create jobs and impact the lives of hundreds of thousands of people.
