Business Analyst

Our business analyst candidates hold an undergraduate degree with up to two years of professional experience. Experience working as a management consultant is preferred but not required.

Senior Business Analyst

Our senior business analyst candidates hold an undergraduate degree with three to five years of experience. A non-MBA advanced degree is preferred but not required, as is experience working as a management consultant.

Associate

Our associate candidates have 5 to 10 years of experience. An MBA degree is strongly preferred. Associates are equipped with consulting experience or industry knowledge that allows them to dive straight into client projects and make an immediate impact on their teams. Candidates should be prepared to engage in data analysis, proposal generation, competitor assessment, team leadership, and strategic solution implementation.

Manager

Our manager candidates have at least 8 years of professional experience with at least some of that time working as a management consultant. An MBA degree is preferred. Candidates should have experience managing proposal-writing efforts, participating in pitches for consulting work, and developing new business within existing accounts through client relationships. A passion for leading teams and mentoring colleagues is ideal.

Principal

Our principal candidates have at least 10 years of experience with recent experience as a management consultant. Principal candidates should illustrate a clear platform with functional depth and industry expertise, and should be commercially oriented to support business development pursuits as well as originate business. Other experience should include large program delivery capabilities with demonstrated ability to independently lead high-impact engagement teams.

Partner

Our partner candidates have at least 15 years of experience with recent commercially driven partner-level experience from a top-tier firm. Partner candidates should illustrate a clear platform with functional depth and industry expertise, and the ability to engage with a range of industry and service practices. Our partner candidates should also have C-suite access, proven business development and origination skills, and the ability to understand and engage in senior-level client and board-level issues.
