As a junior consultant, you will acquire foundational core consulting and technical skills while growing your Kearney community and firm knowledge and building confidence as you step into engagement work. Additionally, electives help you upskill your capabilities in key development areas and build leadership capabilities as you prepare for the transition to manager.
Once a manager, you will hone your skills and strengthen the capabilities you need to maximize your impact on engagements, leading and developing people, and establishing trust-based relationships with clients via a mix of core offerings, self-guided learning, coaching, and learning festivals.
