Benefits and programs that work for you

We give you the resources and support you need to grow throughout your career. We also encourage our colleagues to discover what regenerates their energy. Here, you have the flexibility to create your own path and grow your own way.

Non-partner equity-based awards

In 2022, we established a non-partner equity award program that creates wealth opportunities tied to long-term firm performance for a broader set of colleagues, beginning at the consultant manager level. In 2023, the program expanded to include management services colleagues. By offering equity awards earlier in your career, Kearney is building an ownership-minded firm where both you and the firm grow together.

Success with Flex program

Success with Flex is a global program that facilitates part-time options and other alternate schedules, such as working fewer days per week or fewer hours. It also supports working from home and job-sharing. We support our people in choosing options that help them pursue their personal and professional goals.

Global Talent Mobility program

We are committed to providing opportunities for global experience, whether as a self-initiated transfer to another country or an assignment to fill a temporary business need or staff a client project.

Leave of Absence program

Our Leave of Absence (LOA) program gives colleagues around the world opportunities to take a break from their current roles. Colleagues often use their sabbatical to travel, study, or pursue other passions, such as beginning a start-up.

Social Impact Externship program

Kearney’s Social Impact Externship program pairs colleagues who are passionate about creating a positive impact with social entrepreneurs, NGOs, or other innovative impact organizations. Externs can spend up to three months working directly with these organizations, providing an opportunity to contribute professionally to a meaningful cause, build new skills in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment, and gain firsthand experience in the social impact sector.

Pathway for Parents program

This program offers many options to help ease the transition for caregivers who are returning to work, including the ability to take a six-month rotation in a family-friendly role, work part-time, or take a partially paid parental leave of absence.

WorkSmart program

This program encompasses the effective use of technology, remote working arrangements, alternate travel schedules, and different work allocations to create more options within teams. Each team develops a charter that balances team objectives and the personal goals of team members to ensure a sustainable workload and successful project.
