Kearney’s commitment

At Kearney, we seek to encourage and inspire exceptional Black students, and we have committed to increasing the representation of Black employees across our firm. We believe meaningful change requires action, accountability, and sustained investment.

Through our people, resources, and platform, we aim to create opportunities that build capability, confidence, and access to the consulting profession.

The Black@Kearney Emerging Consultants Program is sponsored by Black@Kearney, a network of Black employees and allies working to create lasting change for Black communities within Kearney and beyond.

Event details

The Black@Kearney Emerging Consultants Program is a two day, in-person consulting experience held at Kearney’s London office.

Over the course of two days, participants will:

  • Work in teams to solve a consulting case study
  • Learn how consultants approach problem-solving, structuring, and communication
  • Receive coaching and feedback from Kearney consultants
  • Gain insight into the consulting industry and life at Kearney

The case experience is designed to be developmental and immersive, providing participants with hands-on exposure to consulting rather than a single-day assessment.

Following the two-day experience, a number of participants will be invited to continue their journey through the Black@Kearney Emerging Consultants Program.

What is the Black@Kearney Emerging Consultants Program?
