While we are constantly monitoring our client needs and adjusting our internal alignment to serve them best, we have no publicly announced plans to create a specific environmental practice in the same scope and sense that the old EHS practice had. We do, however, have three areas where we have embedded capability in environmental and sustainability within the firm to serve our clients in this space. First within our current Energy and Process Industries and Supply Chain practices we have teams who work specifically on sustainable energy and energy transition, creating sustainable supply chains, and circular systems. In support of this work around the topic of energy and the environment, we have created the A.T. Kearney Energy Transition Institute. This Institute provides leading insights on global trends in energy transition, technologies, and strategic implications for private sector businesses and public sector institutions. More on this Institute can be readhere. When we look more broadly at Environment and Sustainability, we have this as one of our 3 key pillars for A.T. Kearney’s Social Impact strategy. Through our Social Impact team we deliver client work, work with governments, work within our 4 walls and work with non-profits to advance the agenda of sustainability and environmental responsibility.
