GAIN is Kearney’s Gender, Alliance, and Inclusion Network in Europe—a group for all genders and identities. GAIN provides space for allies and members to help support, learn, and share their insights, challenges, and journeys. 

GAIN is a network where every gender and identity belongs. We GAIN more when everyone is at the table. 

Diversity is our strongest asset. By prioritizing the inclusion of all genders and identities, our community benefits from a broader range of experience, knowledge, and inspiration. These insights help us not only innovate but also create a fairer, more equal society. 

Exclusion takes many forms, but inclusion has just one. 

Our aim is to further inclusivity and opportunity for GAIN members, while improving gender diversity across the company. We’re striving to unite our community with actions that create a better organization for everyone.
