Without a doubt, 2020 has been an unprecedented year. At one end of the spectrum, many companies are reporting a decade of digital- and analytics-led transformation happening in only six months. Meanwhile at the other end, some companies are simply trying to survive. Amid a period of so much change, one thing is becoming more important than ever: the use of data and analytics to drive change and fuel success.

This year, Kearney and Melbourne Business School have once again run the Analytics Impact Index, a survey of more than 300 companies designed to assess the impact that analytics has on profits and the maturity of analytics functions.

Our keynote speaker will be Max Welling, research chair in machine learning at the University of Amsterdam and Qualcomm’s vice president of technologies. During his address, Max will give us a glimpse into the future of artificial intelligence and how it can revolutionize industries, products, and core capabilities by delivering revolutionary user experiences.
