A prolific publisher, she has authored content about telco third-party economics, operating model design, customer care, outsourcing best practices, and analytics. She is the people care and development lead for Kearney’s telecommunications practice in the Americas. Outside of work, Anna is a passionate yogi, hobby farmer and gardener, traveler, entrepreneur’s wife, and devoted mom of two boys.
