For Preethi Prasad, the joy of consulting lies in the constant variation—the new challenges, clients, and lessons learned that arise regularly in her work as a partner in the firm’s Leadership, Change, and Organization practice.

“Our practice brings together the qualitative and quantitative aspects of consulting,” she said. “You get to do analytical things, but you also get to bring in the softer skills.”

Her work covers a range of organizational issues, such as restructuring, operating model design, organization effectiveness, change management, and strategy and planning.

Preethi says that organizational behavior has always been an interest of her, particularly as it relates to businesses across the industry spectrum.

“The issues of leadership and change are in everything,” she said. “As a result, I’ve been able to work with clients across industries and experience a lot of different cultures.”
