Describe your journey to Kearney!

I have been with Kearney for more than six years now. I joined the firm soon after completing my undergrad at the Ivey Business School at Western University. Coming out of school, I knew I wanted to go into consulting and after connecting with Kearney through on-campus recruiting I soon knew it was the firm for me.

What is your favourite thing about the Toronto office?

The Toronto office has a really collaborative and close-knit culture. While Kearney provides global opportunities across industries, I find the size of the Toronto office enables a supportive atmosphere and culture—it’s easy to build relationships across levels and practices. I’ve developed great friendships with my peers and have found career sponsors in the Toronto office leadership.

How has working with Kearney helped fulfill one of your passions?

I have always had a passion for sustainability and social impact and Kearney has given me incredible opportunities to lean into these areas. Through Kearney’s strategic partnership with the World Economic Forum, I had the opportunity to serve as fellow with the Forum’s Future of Consumption Platform, where I focus on helping to advance and scale reusable packaging models. Since then, I’ve been able to move into a full-time specialist role with our Global Sustainability team, where I help drive our circular economy work and support clients as they transition to sustainable business models.
