What am I passionate about in my career at Kearney:
that I am helping clients solve problems. In my roles, I have worked side by side with clients on various initiatives. Through this interaction I have been able to see the outcome of my hard work, with it be a new product lunch change management, or etc.
Why did I choose Kearney:
The opportunity to work across industries and to drive change with clients.

My project with the Chicago Police Department!

What am I passionate about in my career at Kearney:
Kearney allows me to consistently tap into my entrepreneurial drive with ownership of my career path while working alongside colleagues that I have formed deep and meaningful connections with.
Why did I choose Kearney:
Kearney takes collaboration to the extreme (in a good way) both internally and with clients. I wanted to work with clients in a welcoming way, focusing on co-creation and respect for client perspectives. Kearney leaders are hyper-accessible and apprenticeship is core to the firm’s DNA.

Attending Fall Ball (an epic evening with a lifetime of memories)

The opportunity to run workshops at Pearl Harbor and boarding an active duty nuclear submarine
When I’m not working, you’ll find me:
Honing my amateur chef skills cooking with complex recipes
What am I passionate about in my career at Kearney:
Helping drive growth. Whether it be growth of my peers, my clients, or myself. It is what keeps me going and enjoying what I do.
Why did I choose Kearney:
I chose (and continue to choose) Kearney because of the size and culture, and the way that permeates through everything we do. I love being able to be known, easily navigate the organization, and be an individual more so than an employee ID number.
Favorite Kellogg memory:
So many to choose from! Top three: (1) KWEST – obvious, but needs to be on the list! (2) countless team rooms, small group dinners / drinks (what I miss the most!) (3) Kellogg vs. Booth hockey games at the Blackhawks practice facility and the ‘networking’ afterwards (undefeated my two years!).
Favorite Kearney experience so far:
Group meeting in Nashville – helped me combine my enjoyment of country music, being able to better get to know some new colleagues and make memories with longer-standing colleagues, all while having productive working time as well!
When I’m not working you’ll find me:
Hanging out with my family (wife, 2 boys, dog), watching / playing sports, cooking.

Being active: playing soccer, skiing in the winter, and just picked up pickleball this summer.
What am I passionate about in my career at Kearney:
At Kearney's PERLab, I get to work on really exciting product challenges that our clients face and recommend product strategies based on company context, consumer, competitor and apply it at a product level. It's really exciting to help a client launch new products or enhance existing products to serve the customer better while improving business performance metrics!
Why did I choose Kearney:
You get to work with smart and collaborative people which felt like an extension of Kellogg. The leadership is very accessible and cares about the employees in very visible ways. Out of the box thinking is encouraged and supported.
Favorite Kellogg memory:
It is so hard to beat Kwest for me - I made some amazing friends that have stayed till date and really gave my Kellogg journey a fantastic start.
Favorite Kearney experience so far:
One of my particularly tricky projects was saved by a team that was just a riot. We worked hard and we laughed through the long working nights. I really enjoy the comraderies in the team rooms at Kearney.

Leading training for summer consultants. I remember feeling so intimidated at the beginning of this job, and love being able to give back and set up the summer interns for success.

Cooking for friends and family in Brooklyn, playing with my Boston Terrier Murphy, and hitting the slopes during ski season.

Yacht Week best week – exploring the Turkish islands, ATV-ing and hiking across Santorini, getting lost in Istanbul markets, learning about the Parthenon.

Definitely team bonding moments – co-locating at client site or Kearney offices, team dinners and offsites.

Checking out restaurants in West Loop, hacking up fairways with my 5 iron, attending gym classes, playing tennis.
